Course Description
Course Overview
Optimize and Scale [V7] is an advanced five-day course designed for experienced VMware vSphere administrators who want to further enhance their skills in optimizing and scaling vSphere environments. This course covers advanced topics such as performance tuning, resource management, and high availability configurations to ensure optimal performance and scalability of vSphere infrastructures.
Prerequisites
- Successful completion of the VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V7] course or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in vSphere administration and virtualization concepts.
- Understanding of vSphere networking, storage, and resource management.
Methodology
The VMware vSphere: Optimize and Scale [V7] course follows a combination of theoretical lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on labs. Instructors will provide in-depth explanations of advanced vSphere concepts, followed by practical demonstrations to illustrate their implementation. The majority of the course will focus on hands-on lab exercises, allowing participants to gain real-world experience in optimizing and scaling vSphere environments.
